Refund Policy

Effective March 27, 2026

Free Trial

BayReady offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period, so no refund applies. If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your account simply becomes inactive — no action required.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has begun. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Example: if you are billed on the 1st and cancel on the 15th, your access continues through the end of the month. You will not be charged again.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund within this window, email support@getbayready.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time — your access will continue through the end of the annual period you have paid for.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact us immediately at support@getbayready.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing error within 5 business days.

Founding Member Plans

Founding member subscriptions follow the same refund policy as standard monthly subscriptions. The locked-in founding member price is available only while the subscription remains active — it cannot be reinstated after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@getbayready.com from your account email address
  • Include your shop name and the reason for your request
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
